Important Information
- Location Address: Sky Dive Desert Drop Zone – Margham, Dubai – Near Emarat Petrol Station | Grayteesah – Al Ain – Dubai Rd
- The waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. Please fill out the Wavier Form and submit the form online.
- Please carry a valid ID (Passport/Any Govt. ID) proof along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly)
- Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre & Dubai Outlet Mall.
- Weight eligibility criteria: Max 119 kg
- The maximum capacity for Hot Air Balloon is 10-28 pax.
- Ladies more than 3 months pregnant will not be allowed to fly,
- Children less than 5 years of age & Anyone more than 85 years of age will not be permitted to fly. (However, Pilot is fully authorized to make a decision in regards of eligibility of any passenger)
- Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
- Any person who has a Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain/broken leg/arm has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
- Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities are not allowed
- Also, all passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
- Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Private transportation from remote areas will be charged extra and the same will be informed our operations team in advance.

- Video recording of the flight and the Event Banner on the basket is available at extra cost as an add-on option
